Deleting your account

To delete your account and everything in it, send a request through the contact page or email hello@videosongads.com from the email address on your account. We'll confirm it's you and finish within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What gets deleted

• Your projects, including song ideas, lyrics, plans and ad text.
• Your songs, images, clips and finished videos stored with us.
• Your name, email and sign-in sessions.
• Any unused credits. Deleting your account ends your plan and credits can't be restored.

What we keep

We keep payment and tax records for as long as the law requires, usually up to seven years. These hold only what's needed for the record, like the amount and date. Messages you sent us may be kept for up to a year so we can show we answered them.

Before you go

Download any finished videos you want to keep. Once deleted, projects and files can't be recovered.
