Respecting creators

We respect the rights of musicians, filmmakers and artists, and we expect our customers to do the same. Only upload songs, clips and images you own or have permission to use.

Reporting a copyright problem

If you believe content stored or shared through Video Song Ads uses your copyrighted work without permission, send a notice to hello@videosongads.com with:

  • Your name, address, phone number and email.
  • A description of the work you believe was copied.
  • Where the content is, such as a shared link, so we can find it.
  • A statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't allowed by you, your agent or the law.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or allowed to act for the owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

What we do

When we receive a complete notice, we remove or disable access to the content and let the customer know. Accounts that repeatedly break copyright rules are closed.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, email hello@videosongads.com with your name and contact details, what was removed, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake, and your consent to the courts of your area. We may restore it after 10 to 14 business days unless the person who complained tells us they've taken legal action.
