Accessibility statement
Video Song Ads should work for everyone, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, zoom or captions. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What we do
- Every page and the studio can be used with a keyboard, with a clear visible focus outline.
- Text and controls meet AA color contrast in both light and dark mode.
- Pages use real headings, labels and landmarks so screen readers can move around them, and a skip link jumps straight to the content.
- Form fields have visible labels, and errors and confirmations are announced.
- Layouts stack on small screens with no sideways scrolling, and text can be zoomed to 200% without losing content.
- If you ask your device to reduce motion, we pause the background video and stop other animation.
- You get written captions for every platform to go with your videos.
- Sign-in uses an emailed code instead of a password, with no puzzles or image tests.
What we're still improving
- Captions are made automatically. They can miss or mishear words, so please check them before you post.
- Building video in the browser can be slow on older phones, and its progress updates may not be announced as often as we'd like.
- Songs, images and clips you upload or make may not include descriptions. When you share your ad, add a description or captions on the platform too.
- The background sample video on the home page has no sound and is decorative; it has a pause button and stays still when your device asks for reduced motion.
Tell us about a problem
If something on the site is hard or impossible for you to use, please contact us or email hello@videosongads.com. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do and the device or assistive technology you use. We reply within two business days and will help you get it done another way while we fix it.
How we check
We test with keyboard only, screen readers on desktop and phone, browser zoom and automated checks, and we review new features before they go live.
